Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us with 48 hours of your delivery date and we will be happy to issue you a refund in the form of a store credit minus any shipping charges occurred.
We do our best to make sure our customers are happy!

  • All Returns will be processed as either a merchandise credit or as a refund to the original form of payment only.  
  • Gift Cards, Cash Purchases, Promotional Items and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.  No exceptions.  
  • To ensure that you receive a refund for returned items, all products MUST be in the original resalable packaging and in new, unused condition.

Please save your tracking number when shipping items back to us, as we cannot issue refunds for any items that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason.
